     As someone with multiple chronic illnesses I have dark circles and under eye puffiness that just does not go away regardless of what I do. I've tried the cold spoon method and countless eye creams to try to remedy my tired looking eyes but nothing seemed to do the trick. Then New York Biology Eye Gel came along and worked well with my sensitive skin. So let's dive right in to the details.


     I want to start with the ingredients because they impressed me a lot for an eye gel at this price point. At $36.95 for 1.7 oz you get plant stem cells, hyaluronic acid and organic ingredients. The complete list of ingredients are as follows;

     Now let's get a better look at some of the key ingredients in New York Biology's Eye Gel. Matrixyl 3000 is a long term anti-aging system made from two peptides, palmitoyl-tripeptide and palmitoyl-oligopeptide. A peptide is simply a compound of two or more amino acids. These two peptides work to mimic the appearance of broken down collagen so your skin makes more collagen and elastin. In a 2013 at the University of Reading they found that matrixyl doubled the amount of protein needed by collagen to give skin it's elasticity. In all its something you definitely want in your anti-aging products. The next one I want to point out is Resistem™. It is a plant stem cell ingredient that helps your skin to naturally decrease the level toxins that make skin age. It soothes skin, reduces redness, evens skin tone and restores natural glow to the skin. I also want to point out the use of vitamin e, jojoba oil, aloe and frankincense. Frankincense is a powerful astringent so it will help reduce blemishes, reduce the appearance of large pores and tighten skin. Vitamin e reduces the appearance of scars as well as hydrates you skin and blocks free radicals. Jojoba oil controls oil, helps with acne and is very moisturizing. Last but not least aloe, this ingredient is healing, soothing and can slow aging. After taking a deeper look into this product I can safely say it has everything you need in an anti-aging eye gel.





     This photo is of my results from 7 days of use. The eye on the left shows 7 days of product use while the one on the right shows 7 days without. You can see that the eye without the product shows dark circles, redness on my cheek and puffiness around my eye. While the one I used the eye gel on is bright, shows no signs of puffiness and is barely red at all. I really liked my results from this product. The product itself was easy to use as it came with a pump.you just pushed down with two fingers and the perfect amount came out each time so you never wasted any. It glided on smooth and dried without any greasy feeling. I was able to put my moisturizer, primer and makeup over the product easily without any coming off. I highly recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin who like products with organic ingredients.
